A Dax Replica of a Shelby Cobra. It is running a 1967 Ford Big Block 428 cubic inch (7.2 litre) engine with a 1967 Ford 4 Speed Toploader Gearbox. The running gear is from a 1975 Jaguar XJS and the body and chassis were manufactured on 1987. The first owner of the project never completed it and it was sold to a person who worked for a well known Kit Car manufacturer in the North of England who completed it in 1999. He used it for two years prior to my purchase from him. The engine was once used in a Dragster which competed at Elvington Airfield in Yorkshire regularly. The colour is black with twin white stripes.
I have owned the car for 23 years only use it during the summer months.
