1951 XK120 drop head coupe , cream with red leather interior.
It has been owned by my family for 67 years. My paternal grandfather owned it originally and drove it for a good number of years he was a carpenter. When he finally stored the jag at the bottom of his garden with the intention of restoring her my Dad decided his father would never do it as he wasn’t an engineer so my father then moved her to his garage where she stood for 10 years. My Dad finally restored her over a space of 10 years, he finally put her back on the road in 1985. He drove me to church for my wedding in 1985. My husband also drove our own daughter to church in 2018 for her wedding! I like to think that one day it may take one of my 2 granddaughters to church who knows?
It is a car which holds lots of sentimentality for my family and one I never intend to sell.
